At Dent Busters we repair bumpers both conventionally and through Paintless Dent Removal. In cases where the paint is not seriously cracked or damaged we are able to use PDR to perform a Bumper Reshaping. This process involves heating the bumper and then working it from inside with specialized tools to restore it to its original shape. Our Repair Process
Estimate
When you bring your car to Dent-Busters an estimator will appraise the visible damage and generate a quote using a computerized estimating system. In many cases, collisions cause damage that can only be detected when the body of the vehicle is taken apart. Once the vehicle is in the shop, it will be disassembled and inspected for additional damage and structural issues that could compromise the integrity of the vehicle as well as for parts that are broken or damaged and need to be replaced. Problems discovered during this assessment will be added to the vehicle damage report and the original estimate will be updated.

Your insurance company may recommend, or try to steer you to one of their preferred shops (“direct repair facility”). OEM Parts
Although it is not always possible depending on the age of the vehicle and availability, we aim to use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts for all of our repairs. However, not all insurance policies cover the costs of OEM parts and prefer to use aftermarket parts. Individuals who are paying out of pocket may also prefer this option, as the cost variable can make a big difference in the overall expense of the repairs. In either case, we will work with you, your insurance company and our suppliers to ensure that the parts we use on your vehicle are the best for the job.

Dent Busters uses a state-of-the art color matching program that utilizes computer color match technology to analyze your car’s finish and guarantee that the color we mix for your vehicle will be an excellent match.
The harsh Arizona sun, road debris, and other environmental factors cause headlights to dull and cloud over time. This can result in a significant reduction in light output, decreasing night time visibility while driving. Our headlight renewal service removes the haziness and discoloration, restoring the headlights to a like-new condition at a fraction of the expense it would cost to replace the lenses.
Dent Busters aims to have as little impact as possible on the environment. In addition to providing zero emission repair services such as Paintless Dent Repair, we have committed to and invested in state-of-the-art paint systems and equipment that help us limit our ecological footprint.
We exclusively use waterborne paints, a less toxic alternative to the solvent borne paints traditionally used in automotive repair. Solvent borne paints release high levels of harmful VOCs (volatile organic compounds) into the atmosphere during the paint application process. The waterborne paint provides a superior quality finish, while mitigating damage to the environment.
All of our paint is applied in our top-of-the-line downdraft paint booth which is fully filtered to trap any paint related compounds and VOCs and keep them out of the atmosphere
Our painters use HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) paint guns to reduce VOCs.
Our paint booth utilizes a high speed drying system that allows us to speed up the drying process thus reducing overall energy use.
